Everything -- <i>everything</i> -- starts with attitude and approach, and Trembley knows this. He knows that changing a culture takes work and that most of that work involves the kind of details that most people don't pay any attention to. Combine that with the fact that he clearly lives and dies Black and Orange and you've got one hell of a force.
