Even though we're dead in the water I'm surprisingly optimistic. I certainly do not think we've "peaked". I am looking forward to the trade deadline and even more so to Garbage Time, when we will watch our children blossom into Real Life Ballplayers before our very eyes. I love it when september callups turn basement dwellers into Spoilers, killing the hopes and dreams of some foes (Rays and Yankees come to mind) I don't understand AooR's trash talk, but I do love those David Bowie Baysox. Who will be the next "Starman" to make the leap?
