Brady Anderson Goes Meta
I wasn’t planning on weighing in on Brady Anderson‘s defense of Peter Angelos. I basically agree with him, of course, but I didn’t feel it needed much discussion around these parts.
That was before I discovered, via Big League Stew, that not only did Anderson defend Angelos, he defended himself defending Angelos with not one but two comments on this post at Bugs & Cranks.
This means one of two things: either Brady Anderson reads blogs, or Brady Anderson googles himself. I like to think it’s the former, but either way the fact that he left comments on B&C adds an intriguing layer of depth to his story.
If you’re out there, Brady, you can feel free to pen a guest post here anytime.

Rubber match out in Seattle tonight features Brad Bergesen against Jason Vargas with another 10:10 first pitch. I have a good feeling about this one.
Honestly, I’d be ok with batting Mora 8th.
I agree with Brady too. Especially lately, look at the money that Angelos has invested in our young talent that will lead the way to our future success.
By a show of posts who’s watching Game 1 tonight and who’s psyched that the best two teams are playing and that we don’t have to deal with a certain whiny brat from Cleveland? I know I am.
“Take it to the bank” predictions for this weekend:
Juan Martín del Potro will win on Sunday and be the best player in tennis before the year is up.
The Orioles will take two of three form Chokeland.
Charitable Man easily wins the Belmont.
After Lebron’s recent lameness, I’m kind of almost rooting for Kobe. I don’t like Kobe, either, but the Magic annoy me. “Alright guys, here’s the game plan: jack 3′s! When that doesn’t work, give it Dwight!” I dunno. You can beat Orlando with good coaching and consistent play, but no teams have done that. The Celtics gave the Magic the same look for 7 games. Cleveland gave up and put the ball in Lebron’s hands.
I’m really bummed that I couldn’t see the Big Unit try and get his 300th win in DC today. The NBA better have a damn good Game 1 tonight
Trembo is getting raked over for the hit-and-run strategy.
What’s this NBA talk? Game
threefour Pens-Wings is tonight. No contest.@Greg – Well it was a dumb strategy that cost us a game. He should absolutely be reamed for it until he sits the team down and says only Roberts, Markakis, Jones, Izturis, and Reimold can do anything on the basepaths. Everyone else needs to stay the fuck on base and stop making goddamn outs.
It seems like every game I tune into watch Aubrey Huff is being gunned down in a hit and run.
